The Learning Process: Mentorship and Training

One of the key activities in any accelerator is mentorship. We believe the crypto space is surrounded by great ideas, but poor implementation. Most of the time we see projects with good intentions, but overpromising roadmaps and underdelivery. The reason for it is that ideas are finally accessible to everyone, but founders normally lack soft and hard skills required to make the project work. Founders must learn how to engage and structure their community, how to communicate announcements and updates in a proper manner, and must have transparency, roadmapping and more. Unfortunately this skill set does not come naturally for most people, and even some experienced entrepreneurs might face difficulties when translating an opportunity to the crypto world.

The learning dynamic within accelerators is somewhat complex, especially when working in the crypto market with little to no benchmarks. We have developed a framework for accelerated learning that will be updated within time and experience.

We believe we can start what we are calling the “Crypto Startup Mentorship Program'' that will contain several of the best practices, updated articles and more. The education curriculum might include trainings as below:

  • Business skill training

  • Community Engagement

  • Digital Marketing

  • Networking

  • Organization Structure Design

  • Transparency and Communication Skills

  • Blockchain 101

  • Tokenomics

  • Basics to Coding and Smart Contract
